season in Thailand . Our rates of refund are varied upon the travel seasons and can be
summarized as follows:

Hotel Cancellation:

If notification of cancellation is received after sending the confirmed hotelus voucher:
THB 500.- nett additional will be charged for our service fee.Also,

There is 5% charge of total room price

14 - 6 Days before requested arrival date
There is a 10% charge of total room price

5-0 Days before requested arrival date
There is a cancellation fee of one night

Amendment need to be made not less than 10 business days prior to check-in
date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)

cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.
